What is the R next to your name?
It means that I am the Room Owner. I function as a Moderator with special perks such as naming the room, editing the room description, among other things.

What is a Moderator?
A Moderator will have an M next to their name. They are in charge of enforcing kongregate rules in the chatroom. They have the capabilities of banning and silencing someone.

How do I become a Moderator?
Just be yourself and follow the rules. You are chosen to be a Moderator from an administrator of Kongregate who check the chat logs. Room Owners and Moderators may have influence in this process, but it is ultimately not up to them.

What is it like being a Moderator?
It's the same as being a regular user! I just do what I've always been doing but with a bit more responsibility. I certainly get more attention since I'm on the top of the username list above the chat, but I'm just another person in the world. :)

What are the benefits of being a Moderator?
You get K+ for free. You can finally put a stop to the spammers and trolls. Mind you, this is not a paid position!
